  • When did this concern started happening?This week, i just started with a new (small) visitor
  • Does it happen on emails sent by a specific address or domain?It happens with every email I send/motion with my work account.  (Besides I don't know if this is related but my email on my phone does not register as "read" after I read it on my computer)
  • Is your account connected to an Exchange Server?I am not 100% certain but I don't call back so.
  • What Office version are you using? (Home, Pro, for Business, etc.)Office 2016 MSO (not sure if that stands for Microsoft Office but I couldn't find any other description)

For clarification about your Function version, you can encounter it by going through Control Panel > Programs > Programs and features and look for Microsoft Office.

You mentioned that it's a pocket-size business email, are you under a domain? Is the domain Outlook.com, your business organisation domain, or a different one?

Have you communicated this business concern with your IT admins? What was their response?

Looking where you showed me, it says Office 365 Business.

I believe we are under our own domain, email address is john***@domian.com.

Really modest business organisation, no It dept, yet....

Have you lot tried to troubleshoot this outcome via using another device(e.g. any non-problematic Windows machine)  or a different network surroundings to determine whether it is a customer or network issue.

You lot mean you lot are using Outlook 2016 when the problem occurs, I propose y'all attempt using Outlook Web App to check your mailbox. https://outlook.function.com/owa

Distressing for the delay.

You lot can command the "read" beliefs via the respective settings under View -> Reading pane -> Options.

If the trouble persists, You can effort running the command to reset views and then cheque what happens: ( This will reset all your view settings to the default )

Click on Kickoff > All Program > Accessories > Run > Outlook /cleanviews and hit on Enter.

Annotation: In that location is infinite between Outlook and /

Brand sure you lot have checked your mailbox in Outlook Web App. You can mark all unread emails as read in OWA, and it should be updated in Outlook client. Please provide united states of america the screenshot if the problem persists, as I have sent y'all a individual message.
